Check your individual email program for the option of adding an image to your signature Some mail programs allow copy & paste images, but some require an online hosted image.

• To save the image to your computer

  • Windows OS browsers / Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, Edge: right click and scroll to "save image as", then select folder location to save picture.

  • Mac OS / Safari browser: Tap and hold on the image until the pop-up selection menu appears, then tap “Save Image” > Find the saved image within Photos app.

• To add image to your email signature

  • To copy & past the image into email signature - Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, Edge: Go into email settings and locate settings for "email signature" > Right-click the image and select "copy image" > then paste into signature form in your email settings.

  • ​For mail programs requiring images be hosted and linked to online, enter the following into the form for image placement:
