Metropolitan Ballet Theatre focuses on the needs of its dancers as it conducts pre-professional classes for students ages 10 through 18 in ballet, pointe, jazz, and modern dance.

Training is offered for younger children ages 5 through 10, who aspire to audition for the pre-professional program.  Private coaching is available as are classes for professional dancers and instructors.

Metropolitan Ballet Theatre’s Purpose

The purpose of the Theatre is to create an atmosphere of self-competition and inner growth, nurtured with love and mutual respect. Through this process, students learn the values of discipline, commitment, hard work, passion, integrity, respect, trust and excellence.
